Cancellation Policy

At hprintweb, we pride ourselves on fast fulfillment. To ensure our customers in India and the UK receive their ink as quickly as possible, we begin processing orders almost immediately.

Please review our cancellation guidelines below:

1. Before Dispatch (Full Refund)

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placement.

  • If your order has not yet been processed or packed, we will cancel it and issue a 100% full refund immediately.

  • How to cancel: Email info@hprintweb.site with the subject line: “URGENT: Cancel Order #[YourOrderNumber]”.

2. After Dispatch

Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners (BlueDart/Delhivery in India or Royal Mail/DPD in the UK), we cannot stop the shipment.

  • In this case, please refuse delivery when the courier arrives, or accept it and follow our Returns Policy to send it back.

  • Note: For cancellations made after dispatch, the original shipping fee may be non-refundable.

3. Orders for “Out of Stock” Items

In the rare event that a specific ink or toner model is out of stock, we will notify you immediately. You will have the option to:

  1. Wait for the restock.

  2. Cancel the order for a full, instant refund.

4. Bulk & Enterprise Orders

For large wholesale orders (Business-to-Business), cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Once a bulk order enters the “Custom Refurbishment” phase, a restocking fee may apply.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a cancellation is confirmed, we trigger the refund to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or PayPal). While we process it instantly, it usually takes 3–7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
