At hprintweb, we stand behind the quality of our refurbished and compatible printing supplies. If our products don’t perform to your satisfaction, we’ll make it right. Our goal is to ensure you never have a “bad print day.”

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.

2. Common Return Scenarios

  • Defective or Non-Recognized Items: If a cartridge has a chip error or print quality issue, we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.

  • Ordered the Wrong Model: We understand printer names can be confusing! If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, you can return the unopened product, and we will swap it for the correct one (shipping charges may apply).

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. We will ship out a fresh set right away.

3. How to Start a Return

To keep things simple, we don’t use complicated forms.

  2. Tell us the issue: A quick description (or photo) helps our experts solve the problem faster.

  3. Get your label: We will provide you with the return instructions for our Delhi or London hubs.

4. Fast Refunds

Once we receive your return (or verify a defect via photo/video), your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Cartridges that have been more than 50% used.

  • Items returned after 30 days without prior communication.

  • Products damaged due to printer hardware failure rather than the ink itself.
